Oct. 29 – ‘Addressing Racial Injustice’

coloredWaterFountainHistoricalPhotoAre you someone who would like to heal the systemic inequality that exists between black and white people? Someone who feels guilt and shame about this inequality?

How can we as white people show up for racial justice? We have to begin by talking to each other, building relationships.

Jesus built relationships by approaching situations from a perspective different from the traditional viewpoint. What can we learn from this?

Join us Sat., Oct. 29 here at St. Matthew’s for a discussion on addressing racial injustice through exploring our individual experiences and attitudes, and seeking new ways of being instruments of peace.
