Your first visit

If you visit us on a Sunday morning for our 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. worship service, you will find greeters at the doors to welcome you and direct you. Our greeters wear a red ribbon with the word “WELCOME” on it.

We also have a 5pm service on Sundays. This service is smaller and more informal. Please don’t be shy but feel free to ask questions of anyone at the service.

Our worship services last approximately an hour. The 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. services may be a bit shorter than one hour. The 10 a.m. service with choir is usually over by 11:10 or so. To get a better idea of the 10am service or the sermons you’ll hear at St. Matthew’s, visit our page Listen to Sermons and Services or browse our video site for sermons.

When you come, please stop by our Visitor Information desk in the front entry area. You’ll be invited to fill out the visitor’s card in your pew and hand it to one of our greeters at the desk.

Whether this is a one-time visit or you are looking for a church home, we would like you to know you are welcome here. The people, staff and clergy of St. Matthew’s welcome you.

Nursery and activity rooms are available for infants through first-graders on our lower level. Please ask one of the greeters to direct you.

The Visitor Information desk can give you a Welcome Packet. Your questions are invited. You may also contact any of our clergy or staff during regular office hours with any questions.

Find our Clergy and Staff Directory here.

All who seek God and are drawn to God through Christ are welcome at God’s table.
