Dr. Nancy DiTomaso, author of The American Non-Dilemma: Racial Inequality Without Racism, will be the guest speaker at the West Louisville Forum on Wed., Sept. 7 at noon at St. Stephen Family Life Center.

Dr. DiTomaso’s topic is “Racism and Discrimination vs. Favoritism and Privilege: Is It the Bias Against or the Bias For that Matter Most?” She is the Distinguished Professor of Management and Global Business at Rutgers University. Her book brings together research on race and class while exploring inequalities in the workplace based on favoritism versus discrimination.

Lunch is available for $5. The forum is free.

If you would like to carpool to the forum and lunch, meet at St. Matthew’s at 10:45a and plan to leave the church at 11a sharp.
